Loretta has been working in the law for over 30 years and is dedicated to achieving the best outcome in a timely manner for clients.  She is highly organised and efficient, and enjoys the trust and respect of clients. Loretta is a well-known and respected member of the community having enjoyed membership of many local sporting clubs and school committees, and having sat on many boards and committees.  Her current involvement includes a seat on the Goulburn Valley Health Consumer Advisory Committee, and membership of the allocations Committee for the GV Community Fund. She is also involved in the Wilmot Road Primary School Breakfast Program.

  • The purchase of numerous agricultural properties for a corporate client including Not-in-common-ownership Plans of Subdivision of land, creation and removal of easements, complex water transactions, water share trades and advice regarding on-farm irrigation efficiency infrastructure grants.
  • Providing on-going assistance to a developer of one of Shepparton's premier residential staged subdivisions including on-going planning permit matters, creation of restrictive covenants, removal and creation of easements, rural water matters as well as managing the on-going conveyancing of sold allotments.
  • Sale of four commercial properties for a property developer in receivership.
  • Off-the-Plan Residential purchases, which requires an intimate knowledge of the Sale of Land Act, Subdivision Act and Duties Act.
