Nathan was born and raised in Deniliquin and relocated to Geelong in 2009 after finishing secondary schooling to commence a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Arts at Deakin University.

After completing university studies, Nathan decided to move back to the region to be close to family and commenced employment with Dawes & Vary as a legal assistant in our Echuca office in November 2013.

Nathan completed his supervised workplace training with Dawes & Vary Riordan and was admitted to practice in March 2016. He currently works in a number of different areas of practice across the firm and attends our Rochester office one day a week.

  • Work on several large scale rural and commercial property transactions and subdivisions in Victoria and New South Wales.
  • Preparation of various commercial agreements, including sale and purchase of businesses, sale of shares and units agreements, supply agreements and Victorian and New South Wales leases.
  • Preparation of loan agreements and security documents including mortgages, guarantees and general and specific security agreements for private parties and lending institutions.
