Davina is a Senior Associate Lawyer in the litigation practice group at Dawes & Vary Riordan Lawyers.

Davina joined Dawes & Vary Riordan Lawyers (formerly Dawes & Vary Lawyers) in April 2007.  Davina's key areas of expertise are civil litigation, commercial litigation, debt disputes, advice to employees and employers on workplace matters, wills and estate disputes, legal advice, contract advice and water prosecutions.  Davina also appears for clients as a solicitor advocate in the Magistrates' Court, County Court, Supreme Court and the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal.

Davina grew up in the South Eastern suburbs of Melbourne and completed her Bachelor of Laws there before making her move to the Goulburn Valley in 2005 to undertake her practical legal training year.    Having enjoyed the lifestyle here, the community spirit and marrying a local and starting a family here, Davina continues to practice in the Goulburn Valley and enjoy the work-life balance and challenges that a large country law firm provides.

Davina's approach to legal service is client-focused, thorough, commercially sensible, strategic, collaborative and practical.
