  • Negotiate terms of Trade Mark Licence and Distribution Agreement relating to plant breeders rights/trade marks for licensed fruit varieties and draft Grower's Agreement setting out the terms and conditions on which local orchardists can produce and sell fruit of the licensed varieties.
  • Advise not for profit organisation on the availability of deductible gift recipient endorsement, draft amendments to the organisation's constitution aimed at securing that endorsement, assist organisation in preparing successful submission to Australian Charities and Not For Profits Commission for endorsement.
